Emmett Dean Williams passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2020 at the age of 74, at Lifecare Center of Kennewick, WA. Dean was born March 13, 1946 in Devol, Oklahoma. In his early years he lived in Burkburnett, Texas and attended school there. As soon as Dean could drive, he pursued his interest in driving Semi-trucks. He was a long-haul driver who traveled through many states over the years. The last job he had was with HEYL Trucking for 11 years, which was a record for him in one place. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and playing golf. Dean is survived by his wife Karen; daughter Elizabeth and son Dustin all of Kennewick, WA. He has numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews all over the states. He is preceded in death by his parents John D. Williams and Louise Taphine (Looney) Williams; siblings Milford, Mary Jewel (Drake), John Thurman and Roy Ceicil. In lieu of flowers, Wishing Star is a charity he supported.
