Jackie Richelieu, 55, died at her home in Kennewick on November 21, 2011. She was born July 3, 1956 in Norfolk, Virginia to parents Betty and Jack Neal. On June 9, 1979 she married Curt Richelieu. She has lived in the Tri-City area for 31 years. Jackie is survived by her husband, Curt Richelieu; children, Jayna Eveland, Nicole Prince, and Charlie Richelieu; sons-in-law, Brandon Eveland and Tyler Prince; grandson, Jacob Eveland; mother, Betty Neal; sisters , Nancy Turco and Jeri Phillips; brother, Jack Neal, Jr. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Neal, Sr. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 4th, 2011 at 1:00 pm at 1238 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA.
