Joanne (Koskinen) Clements, a long-time resident of Kennewick, Washington passed away peacefully on May 19, 2016 at Hospice House. Joanne graduated from Kennewick High with the class of 1958, maintaining a long friendship with many classmates. One of her many joys in life were music. She sang with the Mad Hatters, Mid-Columbia Chorale, the First Lutheran Church Choir, at the Spokane World's Fair and other special events. Joanne was blessed with a loving family and very special long-time friends Sara Foraker and Jan Paul. She is survived by her devoted husband, Virgil Clements and the Clements family; sons Roland and Joel Franks; daughter Jana McCulloch; granddaughter Valerie Boyd; great-grandchildren, Arianna, Brianna and Dillon; Sisters Betty Jean Carl and Mary Ann (Eugene) Schlatter and families. Joanne was preceded in death by her parents John and Mary Koskinen; granddaughter Kristin and brother-in-law Gil Carl. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice House, Kennewick or Kennewick First Lutheran Church.
