Ernest "Joe" Bundy of Richland, Washington passed away on March 19, 2022, in Kennewick, he was 64 years old. Joe was born in Raton, New Mexico on March 21, 1957, to Ernest and Frances (Montoya) Bundy. He was a retired construction Dry Waller and had lived in the Tri-Cities for the past nine years. He is survived by his daughter Chere Bundy and son Jamie Bundy.
