Orvel Albert Thompson, died August 19, 2010 having just celebrated his 72nd birthday. He was born August 14, 1938 in Halsey, Nebraska, to parents Floyd and Ada Thompson. On February 4, 1983, he married his wife Linda. They have lived in the Tri-Cities for 27 years. Orvel is a member of the Kennewick Church of the Nazarene. Surviving Orvel are his wife, Linda; children, Kandee and Jeff Mues; brother, Earl Thompson. He is preceded in death by a son, Albert Thompson; his parents; 5 brothers; 2 sisters. On Tuesday, Sept 7, there will be a potluck reception held at the Kennewick Church of the Nazarene, 2402 South Union, Kennewick, followed by a service at 2:00 pm.
