Phyllis Rae Batson, 79, of Kennewick, Washington passed away on August 21, 2016. She was born in Yakima, Washington on July 29, 1937 to Wiley and Phletis Burch. Phyllis married Charley Ray Batson on October 15, 1985 and was a member of the Church of Christ. She enjoyed yard selling, loved to cook, read and spending time with her kids. Phyllis was a housewife, bartender and waitress throughout her life and lived 42 years in the Tri-Cities. She is survived by her husband Charley Ray Batson, her sons John Rolph, Les Rolph and Robert Rolph, daughters Teresa Berg and Loretta Orman, 10 grandkids, 10 great-grandkids and sister Denise Brazil. She is preceded in death by her parents Wiley and Phletis Burch and sons Robbie and Steve Kegley.
