Anatoliy Ivanovich Tkachenko, 73, of Pasco WA passed away on December 12, 2022. He was born April 15, 1949 in Orenburg Ural, Russia to Ivan Tkachenko and Anna Kuznetsova. Anatoliy was a resident to the Tri-Cities for the last 27 years. He had three lives: Moldova, Siberia, and Pasco. He gave his all to each one. A hard worker, a loving father and husband, and a supportive friend. Anatoly leaves behind his wife Tamara and his daughters Irina and Marina.
