ofAndre 'Andy' Foster passed away suddenly in December 2005. Andy was an avid gamer who loved to share his myriad of hobbies with all his friends. Andy grew up in Walla Walla, participating heavily in Boy Scouts and ROTC. When he was 17, Andy joined the U.S. Army where he proudly served his country for several years including tours of duty in Somalia and Iraq for Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He was honorably discharged. Andy recently completed a bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University before returning to the Tri-Cities. He was looking forward to continuing his work with the Boy Scouts at the time his death. Andy is preceded in death by his mother, Junette Foster and grandfather, Wallace C. Foster. He leaves behind four siblings as well as a large, loving group of friends. Andy will be dearly missed, but his love, kindness, and generosity will never be forgotten. A memorial service will be held Friday, January 27, 2006 at 3:00 pm. at Hillcrest Memorial Center, 9353 West Clearwater Ave., Kennewick.
