Candice "Candy" Whitehead Brady, of Kennewick, WA died on December 14, 2022 at the age of 73. Candy is survived by her sister Peggy Ruegsegger, her children Donna Kennedy and Christopher Whitehead, her nephew Richard Fuller and her grandchildren Mayahuel Whitehead, Xavier Whitehead, Ronan Kennedy and Phoenix Kennedy. She is predeceased by her parents Charles and Mary Whitehead and her beloved dog Lily.

Candy was born in Portsmouth, VA on August 11, 1949. She attended Old Dominion University and worked as an Operating Room Technician at Sentara Norfolk General, Humana and Halifax hospitals. Candy also volunteered her many talents at Our Lady Star of the Sea church in New Smyrna Beach, FL. She was an avid and skilled gardener, crafter and an incredible baker who loved all animals especially dogs. She was a two-time kidney transplant and in her final years battled Parkinsons Disease.
