Carlos Arturo Montoya, 22, of Pasco, Washington passed away on September 13, 2009 at Seattle Children's Hospital in Seattle. He was born on March 15, 1987 in Nayarit, Mexico to Elodia and Jose E. Montoya. Carlos was a manager at Wendy's and a salesman at Auto Zone. He has lived in the Tri-Cities area for 17 years. He enjoyed music, working on his car. Carlos loved helping people. He also enjoyed hanging out with fantastic 4 and spending time with his family. Carlos is survived by his girlfriend Cristina Rivera and their baby son Carlos, his mother and father, sister Mercedes Montoya, brothers; Samuel and Luis Montoya.
