Charlotte B. Moore, 93, of Kennewick, died on Oct. 19, 2007 at Kennewick General Hospital. She was born Oct. 4, 1914 in Pasco, WA to parents Melvin L and Anna V. Green. Charlotte was married to Albert Patrick until he died, Jan. 7, 1943. She then married William Moore. He died on June 25, 1984. Charlotte was a member of the Franklin County Historical Society, The Emblem Club, The Church of Our Saviour, Eagles and Elks. She loved camping, crafts, oil painting, reading, word puzzles, card games, dancing and traveling. Charlotte is survived by her son, James Moore; daughters, Darlene Tracy and Mureal Miller; niece, Mary Ann Larson; grandson, Christopher Moore; and grandchildren, Carrie Ann, Laura, Chuck and Leo; and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, her sisters and brother, and her grandson Billy Tracy. Visitation will be held at Hillcrest/Bruce Lee, 2804 W. Lewis St., Pasco on Mon. Oct 22, from 4-7 pm; also on Wed. Oct 24, from 10 am ? 2 pm. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Wed. Oct 24, at 4 pm. at Hillcrest Bruce Lee Memorial Center, 2804 West Lewis Street, Pasco, WA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Franklin County Historical Society, 305 N 4th Ave., Pasco, WA 99301.
