Obituary for : Daniel Cantu, Jr. Daniel Cantu, Jr., age 40, died September 6, 2008, at his home in Kennewick, WA. He was born on January 14, 1968 in Bakersfield, CA to parents Daniel Cantu, Sr. and Maria Hilda Rojas. He was married to Leslee Monk on May 13, 1988. Daniel was a long haul truck driver by trade, he loved officiating sports and was a member of the KPR Umpires Association and Tri-Cities Sports Officials. He attended Calvary Chapel, but what he most enjoyed was spending time with his son, JT. Daniel is survived by his wife Leslee Cantu, son Jon Tomas Cantu of Pasco, WA, parents Daniel and Hilda Cantu of Weslaco, TX, sister Uby Creek Mike of Kennewick, WA, brother Eduardo Cantu Seir of Houston, TX, sister Leticia Garcia Fidencio of Weslaco, TX, and many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
