Obituary

David J. Mirisciotta

07/14/1950 – 05/17/2023

David (Dave) Mirisciotta passed away at home surrounded by love on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

Dave was born on July 14, 1950, in Washington, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Lois Mirisciotta. He has been a lover of sports- an unwavering Steelers and Mariners fan. His favorite activity for much of his adult life was bowling, which also brought him together with the love of his life, Sandy.

Dave loved the ocean and beach. Dave, Sandy, their 6 kids, and growing list of grandkids have camped at a beach every year for the past 25+ years. During these camping trips it became a highlight to celebrate his birthday with the whole family. He has been the center stone of this beautiful family.

Dave was known for his sarcasm and to stick his tongue out in almost every picture. If he teased you, then he thought of you as family. He has always been a strong provider who made sure you felt his love and care. Dave has spent the last several years working on Lego stadiums as a hobby.

Dave was preceded in death by his father Joseph, Mother Lois, and Brother Mike. He is survived by his wife Sandy, his children Joe, Chris, Cyndi (Judi), Mareesa (Tyrone), Aaron (Lori), and Jessica (Jermaine), and a long list of grandchildren and great grandchildren. One of his proudest accomplishments was his family.

A celebration of Dave's life will be held May 23, 2023, at Hillcrest Memorial at 9353 W Clearwater Ave in Kennewick at 2 p.m. The family invites you to honor Dave by wearing Steelers or Mariners gear or colors.
