Denise A.M Nix 89 years of age and resident of Richland, WA, passed away in the Richland Rehab Center on December 10, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 23, 1931 in Gresswiller, Bas-Rhin, France to Nicolas and Lucy Henrich. Denise Married Albert C. Nix on September 16 of 1960 and had two sons Michael and Albert Nix. Denise lived in the Tri-Cities for 42 years where she worked as an accountant at the Casino de Niederbroamn she later retired and became a homemaker. Some of her many hobbies and interests where vegetable gardening, growing roses, jelly and jam making, she also enjoyed to travel the US and Europe. She is survived by her sisters Jeanine Botbol, Genevieve Henrich and Patricia Henrich; her son Michael Nix; grandchildren Emily, Michael, Christopher and Rylie; son Albert Nix; grandchildren Melissa, Jonathan,and Christopher; great-grandchildren Megan, Madison, Wyatt, Reese, Lily, and Lucien. She was Preceded in death, by her husband Albert Nix, her parents Nicolas and Lucy Henrich and her brother Michael Henrich. There will be a Memorial Service in Niederbronn – Les – Bains, France dates and times are to be determined. In lieu of flowers please donate to Medecins Sans Frontieres, ASPCA.
