Dorothy Arlene Lathim, 84, of Kennewick, WA passed away December 26, 2022. She was born March 28, 1938, in Flora, OR to William and Elizabeth Murphy. Dorothy married her late husband Jon J. Lathim on April 16, 1960. Dorothy dedicated her life to her family and moved to the Tri-Cities in August of 1990 where she attended the Faith Assembly and Faith Builders. She loved gardening, house plants, cooking with family, baking, sewing and she really enjoyed the holidays. She really enjoyed loving on her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Dorothy is survived by her children Julie McMullen, Candy Hunsucker, Joyce Corey (Dennis), Beth Lathim, Tony Lathim, Leta Lathim, Marc Quigley (Brianna), Brad Lathim (Amy), and Jona Lathim, 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren plus 1 on the way. She is preceded in death by her parents and her late husband Jon Lathim, her brothers and significant others, John Murphy (Sara), Bernie Murphy (Rita), Howard Murphy (Irmagene), Ray Murphy (Phyllis), her sisters Mable Tucker (Collins), Mary Fleet (Loren), May Wheeler (Dick), an unborn Angel, her great granddaughter Lenai Marie Leavitt, her granddaughter Maycee Lathim and Rita Lathim daughter in love.
