Elizabeth Arlene Scott passed away on September 4th, 2023, at Kadlec Hospital in Richland, WA. Elizabeth has been a resident of Kennewick for over 30-years. Elizabeth was born in Delano, CA to Donald Owens and JoAnne Castleman. Elizabeth was a truly special human being. Elizabeth loved everyone she met and had a smile that could light up a room. Elizabeth gave birth to 4-children: Angie, Patrick, Alan, and Donald. Elizabeth loved her children with her whole heart, and it was evident in how she did the best she could for them. Elizabeth struggled with health conditions for a very long time, but she never let that deter her from her faith and love for Jesus. Elizabeth was a proud follower of Christ and an active member of the Kennewick Nazarene Church. Elizabeth loved to worship and read her bible. One of her last requests was to have her picture of Jesus brought to the LifeCare Center. Elizabeth enjoyed mediation coloring, playing games on her phone, Daytime T.V. shows, and Coca-Cola. Elizabeth always shared "I yam what I yam and that's all I yam." Elizabeth was a simple woman who just enjoyed talking with people and sharing her experiences in this world. Elizabeth is joining her husband Pat and two sons Alan and Patrick in heaven. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter Angie Foster (Jeff Stevens), son Donald Scott (Mackenzie Scott-Sack), Brothers Victor Owens (Vera Owens) and Don Owens (Linda Owens), niece Amber Owens (Bill), great niece McKenzie Pedroza, and many other loved ones. Elizabeth may no longer be on Earth but, she will remain forever in our hearts.
