Elizabeth Noel Washburn (maiden name Newman), 59, of Richland, WA passed away on May 14, 2026. "Beth" was born in Vancouver, WA on January 9, 1967 to Joy Davis and Gary Newman. She grew up with two brothers, Chris and Gary, and attended Camas High School where she participated in various sports.

She obtained her Bachelor's degree from Western Washington University in 1993.

While in college, Beth met her husband Dave while working at Haggen's in Bellingham. They were married in 1993 in Vancouver, WA. They welcomed their first son, Cody in 1994, followed by Ben in 1995. Their third child, Emma, was born in the year 2000. Beth spent the majority of her life being a stay-at-home mom for her kids, and was a caregiver for her son Cody, who has severe autism. For the last decade, she worked as a paralegal from home in order to continue to take care of Cody.

Beth was a vibrant soul with a personality that could fill a room. She loved her family more than anything else in the world and devoted herself to being the best mother, wife, sister, and daughter. Her greatest joy in life was to host gatherings, and would always cook extravagant dishes and decorate on theme. She was always the first to help others in need and was a wonderful friend to all. She enjoyed playing games, cuddling with her dogs, and spoiling her grandchildren.

Beth is survived by her husband of 33 years, Dave; her mother, Joy; her brothers, Chris and Gary; her children, Cody, Ben, and Emma; her grandchildren, Scarlett and Quinn; and her extended family and many friends. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered by her loved ones.
