Ervin Luman William Billups, 75, of Richland, WA passed away on February 7, 2018 at Peace of Mine Adult Home in Richland. He was born on July 12, 1942 in Penticton, BC Canada to Clyde & Gladys Billups. He worked in the N.W. Territories. He married Maria De Jesus Billups on June 5, 1984. Ervin was a rancher in Canada in his younger years and later was self-employed in Gold mining; he retired in 2005. He liked horse racing and enjoyed NASCAR racing as well. Ervin and Maria are members of Christ the King Church, and have lived in the Tri-Cities for 35 years. Ervin is survived by his wife, Maria D Billups; brothers, Jerry Billups and William "Bill" Billups; sisters, Elaine Ritchie and Cheryl Hartly; son, Kelly Billups and daughter Stacey Billups. He was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys (Bolenbeck) Parnall, his father Clyde Steven Billups and brother Perry Billups A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2018 - 1:00-4:00pm at Hillcrest Memorial Center 9353 W.
