Florentina Madrigal Olivera, 52 years of age and resident of Quincy, WA. After a long and painful/ courageous battle with cancer she died at her sister's home in Pasco, WA late Monday night surrounded by her parents, siblings, and other loved ones. Florentina was born to her parents, Isidro and Florentina Olivera on august 9th 1969 in Michoacan MX. She emigrated to the united states to give her disabled son (now 18) a better chance of survival. A couple years after he arrival she gave birth to her second son (now 16), which pushed her to work even harder in the fields. Several years later her one and only daughter (now 10) was born, which much like her second son needs special care, for they reside on the spectrum. Florentina was a dedicated mother and worked in the fields all the while battling her cancer until she could no more. Ella emigro a los estados unidos para conseguirle mejores oportunidades de vida a su hijo mayor quien nació discapacitado y se encuentra en silla de ruedas. Después de algunos años nació su segundo hijo. Mientras tanto ella trabajaba duro en el campo para seguir adelante. Varios años después nació su única hija, que como su segundo hijo necesitaba de cuidados especiales pues están en el espectro. Florentina trabajo para mantener a su familia mientras batallaba contra el cáncer hasta no poder más.
