Frances "Tammy" Willard Wise passed away at age 94 on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. She leaves behind many that loved her dearly including her husband of 74 years, Alfred Earl Wise; her three sons, Stacy, Douglas and Scott Wise; and numerous friends and family. Tammy was born August 22, 1919 in Bozeman, MT; to Ward and Calla McVay. She moved to Tri-Cities over 65 years ago and started working as a dental receptionist; she also worked as a cocktail waitress at Pasco Elks for some time. Some of Tammy's fondest memories were spending time with family and friends and dancing with her husband. She was an excellent China Painter, winning many ribbons in the Benton-Franklin County Fair. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
