Frank Allen Fairley, 64, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2012 at Avalon Health and Rehab Center in Pasco, WA. He was born in Columbia, Mississippi on September 6, 1948 to Clemitee Fairley and LM Allen. When Frank was in his early years, his family moved to Collins, where he spent his teenage years growing up. As a young man, Frank moved to the Gulfport Mississippi area to work in the fishing industry. He was a ship worker for 13 years in Pascagoula Mississippi. Frank was also a memeber of the Mercy Seat Baptist Church in Gulfport. On June 29, 1996 he married Eliza Ann Mims. In July 2006 Frank moved to Pasco, WA to be near his family. He soon became a member of Morning Star Baptist Church. He was always happy, with a smile on his face. He would tell people that God was good to him. He was glad to see everyone who came in his path. Frank enjoyed many things throughout the years he was with us. These included mechanic work, fishing, playing cards, gardening and telling stories. He also loved singing in the choir at his church as driving the church bus for Mercy Seat Baptist Church in Gulfport. He survived by his wife Eliza of Ocean Springs Mississippi and his five children, Leslie D Fairley and Suzette Fairley of California, Samamtha Fairley and Arthur Sanfers of Gulfport Mississippi and Cythina Cox of Ocean Spring Mississippi. He is also survived his sisterRosie Lee Williams of Pasco, Washington, his brother Bill Fairley from Laurel Mississippi, sister Etta Mae Ball from Luke Providence Louisiana, and his sister Robert Bradey from Pretnis Mississippi. He is preceded in death by his mother Clemitee Smith, his brother James Fairley, and his two sisters Katherine Smith and Annie Lee Hardy.
