Gilbert Ramos, born in Harlington, TX April 6, 1959 to Amelia and Abel Ramos. He passed on June 28, 2023 in the comfort of his home in Pasco, WA. Gilbert lived in the Tri-Cities for the last 23 years. He is survived by his son Gilbert M. Ramos, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Gilbert loved to spend his pass time drinking a cold one, smoking a cigarette and watching his Minnesota Vikings play football or the Lakers during basketball season.
