Helen Louisa Morgan passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 18th, 2025 at the Regency Canyon Lakes Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Kennewick, WA. Helen had been a resident at Brookdale Canyon Lakes.

Helen was born in Portland, OR in 1935 and has lived in Kennewick for many years.

Helen attended Linfield College in McMinnville, OR. She was a member of the Phi Beta Mu sorority and the Mu Phi Epsilon national professional music sorority which choses its members on the basis of scholarship, musical ability and musical training. Helen graduated Linfield College in 1957 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in music.

Helen was a respected piano teacher in the Tri Cities and provided a musical education for many, many students. In some cases, entire families were among her students learning to master the scales and vocabulary of music. Helen was always a patient and generous giver of her knowledge. She delighted with her students when a score was mastered and when displaying their prowess at recitals in her home and elsewhere.
