Irvin was preceded in death by his parents Polly and Lois and his infant sister Janelle Johnson. Irvin graduated from Clarkston High School in 1966. Irvin worked for Senior Life Resources as a caregiver up until the time of his passing. What ultimately took Irvin away from us was what anyone who knew him would say; his heart was just too big. Irvin's grand-daughter Susan said it best when told of his passing, "Mom that is so sad, Irvie was a good man." Some of Irvin's favorite things included cars 57 Chevys, sports, and his long time friends from Clarkston. He loved the WSU Cougars and attended his first cougar basketball game last year with Tim, Jason and Andy. He also loved going to Jami's house and watching the Seahawks play and eating the massive amount of snacks she made. A celebration of his life will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Center, January 14th, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. At Irvin's request please bring an appetite and wear your favorite sports gear preferably Cougar gear not Huskies-Tara. Grandpa Irvie you will be missed and always in our hearts. Irvie you always made my heart flutter and I will love you always, Kathy.
