Irwin Charles Fluor Jr. 78, of Kennewick, WA passed away February 6, 2023. He was born November 13, 1944 in Walla Walla, WA to Irwin C. Fluor Sr. and Pauline Anna Lehn. Irwin served in the Navy and later on became a Machine Operator. He was a resident to the Tri-Cities for 50 years where he created many memories. He left behind many loved ones and will be dearly missed.
