Jack Stanley Gross 85, passed away on June 16, 2023, in Kennewick, Washington. He was born on January 19, 1938, in Helena, Montana to Jack Peter Gross and Emma Potter. In grade school he attended Whitstran and in his high school years he attended Prosser High school. Jack honorably served in the Army National Guard and Navy. Jack married the love of his life Sherry on September 23, 1971. Jack worked as a truck driver for many years and retired from Air Liquide. He spent 33 years in the Tri-cities. Jack enjoyed many hobbies and was a very skilled man. He enjoyed woodworking, metal working, gardening, and canning. Jack was passionate about his tools and even making them. He was a faithful member of the Calvary Chapel. Jack will be dearly missed by many but especially by those who he is survived by his wife Sherry Gross, Misty Frazier, Ed Blackburn, Sandy Traaseth, Brother Dallas and children, Charlene Merritt, Paula Doll, and Sherrie Collins. He is preceded in death by multiple siblings, father, and mother. A Celebration for Life will be held in honor of Jack on Saturday, September 9, 2023, starting at 1:00pm at Calvary Chapel in Kennewick. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Calvary Chapel Christian School.
