Janet Dobbins, 71, of Kennewick, passed away on July, 03, 2018. Janet was born on March 19, 1947, in Seattle, WA, to her parents Theodore Allman and Marguerite Gutches. Janet was a homemaker. She lived in the Tri-Cities since 1989. Some of Janet's hobbies and interests included fishing, cooking, baking, scrabble a mom and grandmother to many. Janet is survived by her daughter Dora (Duke), grandchildren and great grandchildren, Gilbert (Andrew), Tyler (Chayton), Lonea (Harmony, Lyric), Lonnie, Alex, Gabriel, malik and many other who called her mon, grandma, GG, Auntie, sister and friend. Janet was preceded in death by her son, father, mother, sisters and brother. A celebration of life will be held on July 7, 2018 at 3:00pm at the Highland Grange in the Rose Garden gazebo, 1600 South Union Street, Kennewick, WA 99336.
