Janice Margaret Hill of Richland, Washington died Wednesday, October 9, 2024. Janice was born January 1, 1936 in Pendleton, Oregon. Janice was the first-born child of Luther Richard Cardwell and Harriet Lee White of Pendelton, Oregon.

Janice was a homemaker and a stock market enthusiast.

She is survived in death by her four daughters: Deborah (Debbie) K. Culver, Teresa (Terry) L. Meier, Kathleen C (aka Casey) Hockersmith, and Lynn M. Starr along with their families (including many grandchildren and great-grandchildren). She is also survived by her first husband, James (Jim) W. Uhler, brother Richard Leroy Cardwell, sister-in-law Mary Jane (Janie) Parks and nephew Charles Parks and his family.

Janice was preceded in death by her spouse of 48 years: Charles C. Hill, Jr.

She will be deeply missed by her friends and family.
