Jeanette Louise Sargent, 90, of Pasco, Washington, peacefully passed away on December 12th, 2022, from natural causes.

She was born on September 27th, 1932, in Bemidji, Minnesota to parents, Lowell and Florence (Tucker) Peters. Jeanette moved with her parents and two brothers, Robert and Kenneth, to the Pacific Northwest when she was eight years old. It was there that she met her husband, Glenn Sargent, and started her family, eventually having three children, Connie, Stanley and Cindy. Jeanette was a devoted wife and mother. She played the organ and piano in church, loved her rose garden and geranium bushes, along with taking an avid interest in board games and puzzle books. Jeanette was a minister's wife who placed the Lord and her family in the forefront of her life. She also loved traveling, cooking and made the best divinity at Christmas time.

Jeanette is survived by her two daughters, Connie Stredwick and Cindy Sakach; her grandchildren, Bryan, Glenn, Christina (Christopher), Robert, Rowdy, Vanessa, Amber (Charles), and Benjamin; her great-grandchildren, Ryan, Melody, and Ruby; sister-in law, Arlene Peters; along with her beloved niece, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her husband, Clelland Glenn Sargent; son, Stanley Glenn Sargent; son-in-law, Joe Stredwick Jr., grandson-in-law, Matthew Blake; parents, Lowell Henry and Florence Mable Peters; brothers, Robert and Kenneth Peters; and sister-in-law, Elouise Peters.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral and Cremations- Pasco, followed by a graveside at Columbia River Cemetery. And a reception after the cemetery at 5205 W. Livingston Rd. in Pasco.
