Jeramie Jay Taylor, 36, passed away at his home in Pasco on September 18th. Jeramie was born in Spokane on December 7, 1974 to parents Earl Taylor and Sharon Taylor. A natural athlete, he played many sports, but his passion and pride was playing for and being captain of the Mead Panthers football team with buddies Jason Baldwin and Bill Reed. At SCC, studying forestry, he steer-wrestled for the rodeo team with buddy Ryan Grenell. He also loved watching sports, specifically the Seahawks, with brother-in-law D.J. Wuennecke. Jeramie loved the outdoors. Hunting, skiing, camping, riding horses, golfing, boating, or even just working in the yard he was happiest when outside drinking a beer and enjoying nature, especially with his brothers Bryan Taylor and Steve Cargile. On July 25, 1998 he married Gina Wuennecke in Spokane. The births of his two beautiful daughters in 2000 and 2005 were the greatest moments in his life. With them, he loved playing/coaching soccer, wrestling, boating/tubing, cooking, dancing, singing in the truck, swimming, watching movies, traveling, and snuggling on the couch. He loved his girls, whom he affectionately called Squirt and Pipsqueak , more than anything in this world. He is survived by his wife Gina; daughters Devianne and Ashlee; father Earl Sue Lykins Taylor of Spokane; mother Sharon Taylor David Millro of Renton; grandmother Dolly Taylor of Spokane; brother Bryan Taylor wife Colette, daughters Mackenzie and Courtney of Spokane; brother Steve Cargile daughters Kaylee, Taylor, Meriaya, Aspenof Spokane; father and mother-in-law Daryl and Bonni Wuennecke of Kennewick; sisters-in-law Mary Anne Wuennecke of Kennewick and Kat Gunter husband Joe, daughter Kyleeof Pasco; brother-in-law D.J. Wuennecke wife Kim, sons Ethan and Jackson of Pasco; step-brother Brad Lykins daughter Jocelyn of Spokane; step-sister Becky Ramot husband Ilan, children Molly and Masonof Spokane; aunts Ann Matt, Sarah, Luke Short and Nancy Tamzen, Devlin, Rhea Thrailkill; and uncles George Taylor and Stan Taylor of Spokane. He was preceded in death by his grandparents George Taylor, Elizabeth Beach, and Allen Beach. There will be a Celebration of Life Saturday, September 24th at 4:00pm at Hillcrest Memorial Center in Kennewick. Public viewing will be Thursday 4-7pm and Friday 1-5pm. The family would enjoy seeing a sea of Seahawks fans at the memorial, in honor of Jeramie s love for the team, so please wear Seahawks gear if you can.
