Susie Bryant, 87, of Connell, WA, passed away Monday April 18, 2016. Susie resided in Connell for 43 years during which time she worked in the educational field, then later in her retirement worked at and eventually became owner of the Small Mall. Susie passed away at her residence in Living Hope Adult Family Home lovingly surrounded by close family members. She is preceded in death by her second husband Dennis Leon Bryant. She was born in Poth, Texas on September 16, 1928 to Joaquin Lopez and Jesusa Garcia Lopez. Six surviving daughters include Adelaida (Jack) Trevino, Irma Benavides Balli, Rebecca (Robert) Posner, Luvy (Leo) Carrasco, Sandra (Christopher) Cerna and Marcie (Benji) Estrellado. Preceded in death by infant daughter Evangelina. Ten surviving grandchildren include Deborah Trevino Shriver, Kristine Trevino, Gina Balli, Madeline Carrasco Henners, Laura Carrasco, Clay Cerna, Tallon Cerna, Briana Estrellado, Trevan Estrellado, Kailey Estrellado. Three surviving great-grandchildren include Joaquin Shriver, Sally Shriver, Phoenix Carrasco. Preceded in death by Ava Star Shriver. Susie is survived by four siblings: Elisa Cantu, Eugenia Martinez, Lydia Slizza and Antulio Lopez. She is preceded in death by her parents Joaquin Lopez and Jesusa Garcia Lopez; sisters Maria Guadalupe Gonzalez, Cleotilde Vasquez, Andrea Cisneros Moreno, Isabel Munoz Palacios, Lucindita Lopez; brothers Joaquin Lopez, Socrates Lopez, Amando Lopez, and infants Tonito Lopez and Juanito Lopez. Serving as pallbearers: sons-in-law Jack Trevino, Leo Carrasco, Robert Posner, Christopher Cerna, and Benji Estrellado; grandsons: Clay Cerna, Tallon Cerna, and Trevan Estrellado.
