Jimmy "Jim" Maynard Stout, age 85, passed away on July 5, 2024, in Richland, Washington. Jim was born on January 8, 1939, in Sulphur, Oklahoma, to Foy and Estella (Hicks) Stout. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma and married Jacqueline Mann on September 2, 1958.

Jim had a fulfilling career as a Civil Engineer with the California Highway Department. He and Jackie have resided in the Tri-Cities area for the past three years.

Jim is survived by his beloved wife, Jackie; their children, Deborah (Mike) Touchette of El Dorado, CA, Karla (Brian) Thrall of Pasco, WA, and Glenn (Geoya) Stout of Lushy, MD; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Abbey, and Blake Touchette of El Dorado, CA, Megan (John) Wutzke of Benton City, WA, Amber Thrall of Pullman, WA, Kathryn Yahyaoui, Nicholas, Timmy, Gabe, Mike, and Levi Stout of Lushy, MD. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, Adelynn, Liam, and Beau Wutzke of Benton City, WA.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents.
