John Crawford Burt, age 63, passed away on January 9, 2024, in Kennewick, Washington. He was born on April 30, 1960, in Yakima, Washington to his parents Harold Edward Burt and Barbara Louise Cook Burt. John grew up in the Lower Valley and graduated from Sunnyside High School.

John loved his family and enjoyed fishing, hunting, football, gardening, especially his cantaloupe crop. He worked in construction.

John is survived by his mother Barbara Curry (Kennewick, WA); sisters, Carolyn Burt (Ellensburg, WA) and Rhonda Burt (Kennewick, WA); brother Steven Burt (Richland, WA) children Michael Pemberton and Katherine (Bruce) Zolman; friends Duane & Jeannete (Tonasket, WA) neighbor and forever friend Stephanie, her son, and dogs Max and Vixen; his football and fishing buddy Bill Somers (Riverside, WA) and multiple nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Harold Burt, and his nephew Casey Allen Burt.
