Joyce Dean LoParco (Sumrall), beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away on December 28, 2024 in Kennewick, Washington. Joyce was born on March 25, 1948 in Ephrata Washington to Lugene and Lee Sumrall. Joyce is survived by her husband of 58 years Phil, Son Scott (Renee), Daughter Angie, Grandchildren Alyssa (Eric), Travis (Savanna), Kelsie (Chance), and Hunter, along with 6 Great Grandchildren, sister Leanna (Paul) and Brother Jeff (Brianna). Joyce was preceded in death by her father Lee, mother Lugene and stepmother Billie. Joyce enjoyed fishing and camping in her early years along with being a member of a CB radio club and Jaycees. She enjoyed riding motorcycles later in life. Joyce had a giving heart and volunteered for many of the motorcycle organizations she was involved in, most recently with the Tri Cities Chapter of Motor Maids. She was a lifetime member of the Goldwing Club and a member of the Benton County Sheriff's Reserve Auxiliary from 1983 to 1993. Joyce worked at the Hanford Site from about 1985 to 2009.
