Juan Montez

Born August 17th 1953 to Ofilia and Frank Montez in Weiser, ID.

Juan was married to the love of his life Ana Maria for 44 years.

He is survived by his Wife Ana Maria Montez, his son Antonio (wife Kristina) Montez, son Daniel (wife Minerva) Montez, Son Miguel Montez, daughter Rebeca (husband Jose) Carr and daughter Olivia Montez. His 11 grandchildren Alicia, Anthony, Noah, Mariah, Juan, Evangelina, Jose, Ashton, Martin, Armani, and Audrey. His siblings Gilbert, Jose , Rudy, Richard, Alfredo, Edward, Josie, Rosa, Betty and Linda. And many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Frank Montez, his mother Ofilia Melendrez Montez, his brothers Frank Montez Jr. and Alfredo Montez.

Juan lived a hard working life as an agricultural worker in his childhood and adulthood. He became a self taught Mechanic and would make a living for years fixing and working on cars, Juan was also a landscaper for many years. But the best and most satisfying job he had was being a truck driver. For many years he drove as a potato truck driver and what made him happiest was when he worked alongside his brothers and his sons.

Juan lived his life to the fullest and the stories he had and experiences he shared of his were amazing and crazy all at once.

A Viewing will be held on Monday, December 18, 2023, from 4pm to 8pm at Hillcrest Funerals and Cremation, 9353 W. Clearwater, Kennewick, WA. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 19th at 10:00am at Hillcrest.
