Judy Kay Figgins Wolfson of Richland WA, passed away on June 27th while recovering from heart surgery. Judy was born to Will and Barbara Figgins on Sept 21, 1944 at St Mary's Hospital in Walla Walla and was raised in the Walla Walla area with her younger brother, Dennis Figgins. She married Roger Wolfson of Walla Walla in 1964. Together they raised 2 children, Rich Wolfson and Becky Wolfson McGinnis, in the Tri Cities area. Roger passed away on 2002 after years of health problems with Judy at his side. Judy was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed baking, music, reading and travel to the beach. Judy was highly involved in the lives of her 6 grandchildren; Eric, Tana, Jared, Caden, Bryn, and Avi, along with 2 great Grandchildren, Elisabeth and Richard. Judy adored her grandchildren, and they adored her back. Judy's in-laws , Nora Figgins , Mike Wolfson, Terri Clements , Jodi Wolfson and Tim McGinnis along with her many Nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends will keep her in their hearts forever. Judy will be fondly remembered for her selfless spirit, kindness and generosity. The family will hold a memorial service on Friday July 20th, 11am at Mountain View cemetery in Walla Walla.
