Kathy A. Dean, 65, of Pasco, WA, passed away on October 8, 2021, at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, in Richland, WA. She was born in Spokane, WA on July 3, 1956, to Jack and Donna Ness. Kathy worked as a postal clerk for the United States Postal Service before she retired. She lived in the Tri-Cities for 60 years. She graduated from Pasco High School in 1974. She was a devoted animal lover, she loved to read with a cold drink in her hand. After work she enjoyed watching cold case. Kathy is survived by her brother Mary Ness, her two children Tristan and Britney Dean, six grandchildren, Olivia, Zoe, Spencer, Steven, Maxx, and Stella May, and by family and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother and father Jack and Donna Ness, her brother Steve Ness and by Michael Dean.
