Leah Valora Lumbert, 68, died at home on October 3, 2014. She was born on July 28, 1946 in Tacoma, WA to parents Ernest Ford and Leila Uradel Richter. On February 28, 1976 she married Carl Lee Lumbert, who preceded her in death. Leah was a member of the Salvation Army. She enjoyed reading, listening to Country/Gospel music, jokes, family functions, dancing and crocheting. Leah is survived by her daughters Rene' Salgado and Camela Lumbert; grandkids Tasha Rodriguez, Lucia Salgado, Amanda Salgado, Francisco Salgado Jr. and Alex Salgado; 16 great-grandkids. Leah was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; Ray Richter and Jess Richter.
