Lesa Lorane (Raymen) Higgins was born on July 19, 1957 and passed into Heaven on November 10, 2024.

She was born in Everett, Wa to Doris and Harvey Raymen. She was the 4th out of 5 children. In 1965, the family moved to the Tri-Cities and in 1973 she relocated to Burbank, as part of the class 1975. On January 30, 1976 she married Dan Smoot. Their family expanded in November 1979, with the birth of their son, Stuart. Though the marriage didn't last, Dan and Lesa remained friends over the years.

In April 1995, Lesa met Alan Higgins. After a whirlwind romance, they were married on September 23 of that year. That day she also gained three daughters, Sarah, Amie and Kerri.

Alan and Lesa shared 29 amazing years together and welcomed 11 grandchildren into the family during that time.

Lesa loved many things in life: playing guitar and singing, riding horses and playing games. She enjoyed many crafts; making candles, painting rocks, leather work, making jewelry and gardening. She had a wonderful smile and a contagious laugh. She was a hard worker throughout the years, from a Finley Shopper clerk to ground maintenance for local parks and campgrounds, part-time bartender at the Burbank Tavern numerous times and finished her work career at Pasco School District as a custodian for 18 years.

Lesa is preceded by her parents and siblings Rhonda, Ed and Joel and nephew Casey. She is survived by husband, Alan and her 4 children, Stuart (Lani), Sarah (Amanda), Amie (Caleb) and Kerri (Marcellus). Her grandchildren Hailey, Kaylin, Parker, Isaiah, Colton, Shaun, Ben, Aden, Savannah, Ariana and Eli. Her nieces and nephews Sam, Charli, Shanda, Randy, Poppy, Shelly, Tasha, Kenny, Lacey, Corey Joe, Aleasha, Lynze, Jason, Trevor and Taeli and many, many beloved friends.
