Mioara Maciuca, 64, of Richland, WA died on December 28, 2010 at her home. She was born on June 13, 1946 in Bucharest, Romania. In 1968 she married Tino Maciuca and they have lived in the Tri-Cities for 17 years. Mioara was an engineer, working at BNFL and BECHTEL. Her interests were in painting, literature, and theatre. Mioara is survived by her husband, Tino Maciuca and son, Dragos Maciuca. A funeral will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Center, 9353 West Clearwater Ave., Kennewick. Visitation will be held from 12 noon to 2:00 pm prior to services.
