Muriel J. King, age 79, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at Tri-Cities Chaplaincy Hospice House in Kennewick, WA. Muriel was born August 28, 1927 in Blackstone, Massachusetts to parents, Lauria and Marie Rose Forget Tancrede. She lived many years in Woonsocket, Rhode Island prior to her move to the Tri-Cities, 10 months ago. Muriel was a homemaker. She was an avid painter, dollmaker and seamstress. She is survived by her daughters, Denise Forcier of Kennewick, WA and Michelle Dennis Racey of Iron Station, North Carolina, sisters, Sylvia Daignault of Cumberland, RI; Gloria Fox of Blackstone, MA; Francis Bachand of Blackstone, MA; Margaret Guillbault of W. Wellington, CT; and Lucille Goulet of Naples, FL. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Albert Forcier of Woonsocket, RI; and Frank King of Tyler, TX; brothers, Armand Tancrede of Mapleville, RI; Aldor Tancrede of Woonsocket, RI; and Roger Tancrede of Woonsocket, RI ; and sisters, Lorraine Hervieux of Woonsocket, RI; Doris Ethier of Cumberland, RI; Violet LaJoie of Woonsocket, RI; and Shirley Brousseau of Woonsocket, RI.
