It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patty Jean Strohn on July 23rd, 2026. She was a beloved widow, mother, grandmother, aunt, friend and devoted follower of the Lord. Patty left this world peacefully with family by her side after a long, courageous battle with dementia. Born June 3rd, 1954, Patty's journey was marked by unwavering faith, love, and dedication to her family.

Patty was a devoted wife to her late husband Pete Strohn, who she cherished dearly until his passing in 2016. Together, they built a life centered around faith, love, and family, all while raising two wonderful sons, Kevin Strohn and Adam Strohn. Patty's heart was full of love for her children, and she took great joy in watching them grow into the kind and compassionate men they are today.

In her life, Patty found solace and strength in her faith, living her life as a testament to her love for the lord. Her spiritual devotion was evident in the warmth, kindness and grace she extended to everyone she encountered. Patty's legacy of faith is carried forward by her family whom she cherished above all.

Survived by her sons Kevin and Adam, brother Michael Gomes (Sue Gomes) and sister Liz Smith (Corky Smith), Patty's spirit lives on in the hearts of those she loved most. Her family will remember her as a beacon of love and faith whose gentle spirit and compassionate heart touched everyone she knew.

In honor of Patty's memory, her family asks that those who knew and loved to continue to embrace the kindness and faith she so exemplified. As we say goodbye to Patty, we hold close memories of her laughter, smile, her love and her unwavering faith in the Lord.

A celebration of life with be held at Bar Run Golf & RV Resort in Roseburg, OR on Saturday August 8th at 1:00pm.
