Rafael Zavala Garcia, 62 years of Pasco, WA, passed away December 17, 2023. He was born February 1, 1961 in Las Jicamas Guanajuato, Mexico to Jose and Irene Zavala Garcia. Rafael was a resident to the Tri-Cities for the last 27 years where he worked as a laborer for the agriculture industry. He is survived by his wife Amelia Garcia de Zavala and many loved ones.
