Ray Lee Brown Ray Lee Brown, age 77, died at his home in Kennewick, Washington on April 17, 2007 of kidney failure. Ray was born June 27, 1929 in Martin, South Dakota, to Wendal & Elsie Brown. He lived in the Tri-Cities area for 53 years. Ray was self employed as a cement finisher. He loved to hunt and fish when he had the time. Ray is survived by his children; Daughters, Sandra Kirk and Loretta Simmons; Sons; Chuck Conner and John Conner, and numerous grandchildren. He was preceded in death by; wife, Phyllis Celebration of Ray?s life will be held at his daughter Loretta Simmons?s home Friday April 27, 2007 at 7:00 P.M., 220605 E. Game Farm Road, Kennewick, WA.
