Ricardo "Slick Rick" Martinez, of Pasco, Washington, passed away on January 31, 2023, in Richland, Washington. He was 60 years old. Ricky was born in Walla Walla, Washington on October 11, 1962, to parents Jeronimo and Lorenza (Varqes) Martinez.

Ricky attended Walla Walla Community College and was a member of the Word of Faith Church. He was a self employed musician, played guitar, and was an artist; he enjoyed entertaining family and friends. Ricky also, customized low-rider bikes in Phoenix, Arizona.

Ricky is survived by his sisters, Angie (Juan) Arevalo, Patsy, and Norma Martinez; brothers Raul, Jeronimo (Sylvia), Frank, Daniel "Danny" and Andy; 14 nephews and 12 nieces. He was preceded by his parents, Jeronimo and Lorenza; sister Sandy Flamenco and brother Martin Martinez.

A Memorial will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 ~ 11:00 am at Hillcrest Funerals and Cremation, 9353 W. Clearwater Ave., Kennewick, Washington.
