Robert (Bob) L. Hagans, age 78, after a long illness, passed away on May 27, 2024, at his home in Kahlotus, WA. He was born December 13, 1945, to Jim and Evelyn Hagans in Walla Walla, WA.

Bob served in the US Army as SGT E-5 receiving the Parachutist badge, National Defense Service Medal, and a sharpshooter (rifle). After his military service, he pursued a career as a Pipefitter/Welder. He was a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters, Local 598, for 50 years Bob also served his community as a City Council member. He made the news as the only person to win a coin toss two consecutive times.

He is survived by his wife Marcia, of 56 years, his sons, Jimmy and Jason, His sisters, Lynda Tully and Cindy Hagans, his grandson, Grady Hagans, and a step grandson Austin Finch.

He is preceded in death by his father, mother, grandparents, nephew Bob Tully and a step-grandson Aspen Finch.

A Celebration of Life will be held later this year. In lieu of flowers Contributions can be made to Wounded Warriors 82nd Airborne, or a charity of your choice in his name.
