Robert Lee Montroy, 76 of Kennewick, WA passed away on May 13, 2023. She was born January 27, 1947 in Ogdensburg, NY to Robert and Lillian Montroy. Robert was a Navy Veteran and a resident to the Tri-Cities for the last 23 years where he worked as a chef. He is survived by his wife Patricia Montroy and many loved ones.
