Roger A. Kostelecky of Burbank, WA died peacefully surrounded by his family on the 29th of July, 2011 after a long battle with liver cancer. Roger was born on September 16, 1951 in Anaconda, MT to parents Laudie P. Kostelecky and Kathryn C. Kostelecky. Roger served his country in the Viet Nam war and was honorably discharged from the Army. Roger retired from Boise Cascade in Burbank after working there for 30 years. He married his wife and longtime friend Marna on November 23, 2003. They enjoyed fishing and hunting in the Washington and Montana areas and enjoyed many years together. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Roger is survived by his wife Marna Burbank, WA; mother, Kathryn Kostelecky Anaconda, MT; Sisters, Brothers, and in-laws, Sister, Beverly Davidson, husband Don Surprise, AZ; Brother, Calvin Kostelecky, wife Donna Anaconda, MT; Sister, Linda Schimming Anaconda, MT; Brother, Nick Kostelecky, wife Diane Silverdale, WA; son Andy Eccleston and wife Katie Windsor, CO; Grandchildren, Erin, Jenna and Jake; Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held at Washoe Park in Anaconda, MT on Saturday, August 6, 2pm. Friends are invited to share stories and lunch with Roger's family.
