Rose Moreno Urbina, 64, of Pasco, WA, passed away on July 18, 2023. She was born on April 8, 1959, in Toppenish, WA, to Frank Moreno and Lucy Gomez. She lived in the Tri-Cities for 46 years. She worked at Batelle Northwest for 28 years before retiring due to illness. Rose loved to cuddle with her cat Smores, spending time with her family, watching crime documentaries, collecting Barbies, eating birthday cake and drinking Pepsi. She is survived by her children Victoria Urbina, Nick Moreno, her mother Lucy Gomez (John Grigich), her brothers Frank Moreno, Ray Gomez, Luis Gomez (Anna Gomez), granddaughters Aliyah and Gia Moreno, brother-in-law Lonnie Haag, niece Brandi Nation (Kyle Nation), nephew Jason Haag, her "Kid Nation" Tyson, Hunter, Hailey, Patricia Rose, Kylie Nation and numerous extended family. She is preceded in death by her father Frank Moreno Sr. and sister Patricia M. Haag. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
