Shirley Jeanne (Anderson) Bayless, 88, of Pasco, WA passed away on November 28, 2022. She was born October 25, 1934, in San Francisco, CA to Ralph and Lydia Anderson. A person of deep Christian faith, Shirley spent many years involved in women's ministries in both Alaska and Washington. An adventurous spirit, Shirley left California for a new life in Anchorage, Alaska in 1961. On December 20, 1965, she married Pat Bayless. In 1979, the family relocated to Puyallup, Washington. Widowed in 1992, Shirley then pursued her long-time love for horses, spending many happy years on a small ranch in Arizona. An accomplished seamstress, she crafted beautiful custom clothing for herself. Shirley is survived by her daughters Karen DiVincenzo (Gene) and Kate Borsig (Jim) her daughter in-law Tina Bayless, grandchildren Chandra, Jeromy (Minh), Melissa and Lauren, 10 great grandchildren, sister Jan Caroline, brother Walt Anderson, sister in-law Lynn Anderson, 9 nieces and nephews including special niece Barb Hudson and long-time friend Nita Berquist. She is preceded in death by parents Ralph and Lydia Anderson, husband Pat Bayless and son Mark Bayless. Her final resting place will be at the Willamette National Cemetery on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, and a Celebration of life will be held in March of 2023.
